Ryan Wilson - Managing Partner

Ryan began his career in the construction industry delivering supplies to commercial construction and home building sites. From this basic start he learned that timeliness and accuracy of your supply chain is as important as the trades employed, the quality of the product used and his communication to the people involved to get his project completed on time. Ryan’s 18 years of experience in the construction industry has encompassed site supervising new home builds, residential additions and renovations along with complex commercial renovations and repairs.

Ryan has directly project managed and built over 350 new homes valued from $500,000 to $3,000,000 and 20 plus renovations and additions valued from $125,000 to $600,0000. Ten of these projects were Alberta SAM Award finalists during his employment with Astoria Renovations.

His commercial management projects have ranged from small office enhancements of $5,000 to large scale refurbishing and custom builds valued between $75,000 to $1,500,000.

He brings a great foundation of knowledge and experience in working with clients, trades, architects, designers, other structural professionals, property managers, municipal bylaws and building codes.


Gwen Hinch - Managing Partner / Customer Relations

Gwen manages our administrative operations and provides TW Constructions customer care. Her career experience in investment finance management, corporate office administration, team management, sales and marketing along with excellent client services traditions provides TW Construction Ltd. with our strong client centered perspective.

Gwen also brings to our team many years of home renovation and home building experience on a personal level with home decorating courses and client consultations in home decor with material, furniture and colour selection.


Mike Wilson - Senior Journeyman Carpenter

Mike brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a journeyman carpenter who has knowledge in constructing light commercial buildings, a golf course, single family and multi-residential housing projects from start to finish. He has general managed residential and commercial projects requiring trade supervision, permit inspections along with municipal bylaw compliance.

Mike was the general construction manager for White Pines and White Pines Estate’s, Hyde Mountain Golf Course and a second significant condo development on the Sicamous Narrows in Sicamous BC.

Mike also brings his expertise in custom millwork manufacturing and installation, conceptual designing for residential kitchens and bathrooms, home decks and office design to TW Construction Ltd.

Ryan was employed with Astoria Projects from November 2009 to June 2012.

Ryan was responsible for all site supervision with suppliers and trades. He was also responsible for keeping all projects on schedule and on budget as well as customer interaction. Projects under his supervision ranged from $125,000.00 to $600,000.00.

Of special note is that several projects under Ryan’s supervision also qualified as SAM Award finalists in Alberta.

We recently had the opportunity to call on TW Construction to contract out a 30’ x 24’ RV Shelter.  Ryan, Mike and their team were not only professional but also a nice mixture of fun to have around. The project went up without a hitch.  Straight, Square and Aesthetically pleasing.  When we needed strength and ideas it was easy to see they had a wealth of experience to draw on.      The work site remained tidy during construction and cleaned up at the end.  The extra effort they made making the necessary arrangements and pick-ups were much appreciated and allowed us to remain at our day jobs without worry.  We would highly recommend them to anyone.
